We are hiring for our international partner company Pillar Technology Ventures Ltd.
Pillar is a software outsourcing service company with bases in Israel, Ukraine, and America.

Job Description
★ You will work remotely for Pillar from Dragon Coders’ office in Thimphu, Bhutan. The main responsibilities of the Talent Coordinator will be to get in touch with relevant candidates & maintain a database of candidate profiles.
★ You will need to focus on creating and maintaining channels of communication with candidates.
★ Be active in the IT industry sourcing community
★ Be a part of organizational development activities
★ Manage interview schedule and conduct interviews
★ Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments, and contact details) into internal databases.
Requirements
❏ English level B1 (intermediate): possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
❏ Familiarity with recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods will be advantageous.
❏ Experience using professional social networks (Linkedin, in particular)
