e-LaYog is a web application that empowers job seekers to apply to job vacancies online and thereafter vetting, sorting, and finally shortlisting the applicants digitally on behalf of the employers.
The objective of e-LaYog is to digitize the recruitment process and thereby save cost incurred on a job application for the job seekers, save time which otherwise is spent on filing job applications and save time and cost for the recruiting company as well since sorting, vetting and data punching is automated. Moreover, as the process is completely digital, there is no room for human error and manipulation leading to greater transparency, efficiency, and accuracy.
